Bad entry on trade because was distracted. Trade did not really work out anyway. Do not get into high spread options!!!

Entry on the trade was great. The mentality was not there. Have to stay level-headed during trading. Stop should have been 359 since entry was so good. Could have been a banger trade if executed corectly.

Start looking at the option chart price to see where your entry is.

Mistakes:

-Tried to chase at the end of the day, hoping for a gap up in the morning. 

-Because of improper position sizing, I was fearful and did not provide the trade with enough room to work. On a slight down trend in the morning, I sold quickly but still lost more than 1.5%. 

-Position sizing was off, stops were off, trade was not planned properly. 

Momentum burst. 

-Position sizing was not correct-- I am lucky it went up. If I had position sizing and proper stop, I could have let it run more, though the profits would have been less dramatic. Need to focus on consistency first, then homeruns.
