Entry was terrible I got in after the break of the prev wick high on a big green on 5m bad trade I want to eliminate this type of trade from my trading, although I was up 5 dollars this will eventually be a red trade without a doubt.

my exit on the tradde came after a big red off a key level decent exit but I should not have been in this trade

This was a tragic trade oversight of the volatility lead to and entry with too much delta for my account based on volatility and was hit with a 15 dollar loss due to a oversight.

How to correct 

Look at ATR and general movement before entering

Solid Trade waited for the pullback on the 15 and waited for some strength on the 5 to enter I sized up as it started to breakout of short term channel/wedge and got out on both when some selling pressure started to increase if I traded on the pure 15m chart my entry would have been til 11 I used the 5 to identify a good entry within an earlier 15m I was careful and moved stops until I decided it was a decent entry for a size up I got out on selling pressure and was satisfied with entries and exits

FOMO in the market in general was making a fairly huge move up in short time in the opening moments and I got into a trade that I simply shouldn't have been in

Just don't trade for the first 30 minutes simple
