I slapped calls on SPY at 460, without confirmation, I thought it was going to bounce. I broke my trading rule today, trading without confirmation, and payed the price for it.

$SPX Calls - L

I entered without confirmation wanted a bounce, but it failed so I cut it immediately. Broke one of my trading rules which was to trade with confirmation.

It bounced later, but I was not trying to hold since it was 0dte. Those cons went to 5.00 from 1.65. Sold for loss and moved on.
