First day on strict rules
I followed my plan to a T today ended up with a 1.5R close on my only trade it took 30 minutes and I used my TSL strategy to get out and my stop at around 1.5R was hit and I walked away I looked at the market while I was away and felt there was no good setups for me after the 12 pm mark but the markets did consolidate and move higher within power hour or so have to devise a plan to play quicker timeframes, am working on it but will need further testing. While in the trade I didn't really have much care I know that I'm sticking solely to my plan and that kind of took any emotion I had out of it which was good day 1/20 completed.
