Rough Morning Start with Recovery

Rough morning start. Went negative. Several exits to preserve capital. My analysis was correct but timing slightly off. After market open, the prices pushed as predicted. Quit early to preserve profits. My bias is for Long gold but today looked like a pullback at the start. Oil is in a down trend, but felt it was overextended. I knew I could not stay in long for these moves.
