Importing from NEW Simulator

I see WT's SIM is listed as an import option, but since they recently upgraded to a new simulator in Feb, is this still possible? They are using Sterling Trader as the front end, but I do not see any export options in the SIM other than a complete backup of the setup. Please let me know if this is possible .

If you still need help with this, let me know. I can help you do an export and import to tradeinsights.net. I have gotten it to work today multiple times.
