Have to understand my plan

I used my strategy very well my loss was from a trade taken where I simply shouldn't have traded I am confident in taking 20% per contract regardless of a stock moving more forward I will always try to breakeven stop when up a little but will follow my 9 ema plan and adapt and create a strategy that can enter on a trending stock for a certain day.

Overtraded

Today I traded primarily F I did end green but I overtraded my entries were not bad to start the day but I did not let the trades actually run I need to get better at slowing myself down and take more time when entering I am consistently rushing into trades that I just don't need to be in at that time.
