6/11 - Things to focus on

I need to narrow and focus my discipline down to G&C reversal patterns. The loss i took on Friday was because I got in too early. This would not have happened had I waited for my pre-market resistance lines to have been hit. 

No more ORBs or any other pattern. Time to scale up a bit in size with this pattern. Let's go...

5/21 - Thing to focus on this week

ATR - Every mid-cap and large cap stock, pay attention to the ATR ALL DAY.

Small caps just don't trade from 9:30 CT to 1pm CT. So only morning and power hour. 

Make sure the EMAs are actually tested/reclaimed. Wait for confirmation at 3-5 minutes in into the green of the 5 minute candle. Just forget about the 9 ...
